A new press release highlights HARMONY’s progress in producing injection-moulded magnets from recycled NdFeB powder.
In September 2025, Kolektor Mobility processed 8 kg of recycled NdFeB powder supplied by the University of Birmingham. The team produced 50 injection-moulded magnets for a demonstrator developed by COPRECI.
The magnets underwent quality checks, magnetisation, and magnetic field mapping. After this, the team delivered them to COPRECI for integration. Fraunhofer LBF will now test additional samples for mechanical performance and durability.
This milestone supports HARMONY’s wider goal of building circular value chains for permanent magnetA permanent magnet i… More materials in Europe.
